P-01 · Nightly Rate Optimiser for Rezlynx. A rules-driven rate engine that watches your compset and your Rezlynx booking pace, then pushes updated BAR and package rates back into Rezlynx overnight — so the rates on your OTAs at 08:00 already reflect what happened yesterday.
Every night at 02:00 GMT the module reads current occupancy, pickup pace and remaining inventory through the official Rezlynx API using your Rezlynx login token. It compares the numbers against your rate rules — floor, ceiling, midweek, weekend, event days — and posts an update to the Rezlynx Rates endpoint. Every change is logged with a plain-English reason (“pickup 40% above forecast → +£12”), so your revenue manager can review the delta in a morning email rather than deciding thirty rate cells by hand.
It integrates via the official Rezlynx API using your Rezlynx login and sits alongside Rezlynx — it does not replace it, does not touch existing rate plans without permission, and can be paused from the Rezlynxpms dashboard in one click. Monthly billing, cancel anytime; the first month runs in shadow mode so you can compare the recommended rates against what you would have set yourself.
