How to sign into Rezlynx, step by step.
A short walkthrough of the Rezlynx sign-in flow, common problems, and a reminder that Rezlynxpms is a separate shop that sits alongside your PMS.
Before you start
The Rezlynx login is handled by Rezlynx’s own portal — Rezlynxpms does not run it, does not proxy it, and cannot reset your Rezlynx password. If your property is on Rezlynx you already have login details issued by your Rezlynx account manager and a portal URL that ends in guestline.com or a subdomain thereof. Keep those details handy.
Step 1 — Open the Rezlynx portal
Open your browser and go to the Rezlynx portal URL your account manager sent when the property was provisioned. Most UK properties use the portal.guestline.com domain, but larger groups often have a dedicated subdomain. If you have lost the URL, your GM or IT lead will have it filed with the other vendor credentials.
Step 2 — Enter your Rezlynx username and password
Type your username (usually property-code plus initial, e.g. LGCLF-oash) and password. If your organisation has moved to single sign-on with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, you will see a Sign in with SSO button instead — click it and complete the sign-in flow you already use for your work email.
Step 3 — Complete multi-factor authentication
All active Rezlynx tenants have MFA enabled by default. Approve the sign-in from your authenticator app (Microsoft Authenticator, Google Authenticator or Duo, depending on how your property was set up). If you have lost the authenticator device, your GM can request a reset from the Rezlynx support desk.
Step 4 — Choose the property
If your login is scoped to more than one property (typical for groups and central-reservations users), the next screen asks you to pick the property you want to work with. Pick it, and Rezlynx opens on the front-desk dashboard.
Step 5 — Confirm you are in
The header shows your name, your property, and today’s date. If any of those look wrong, sign out and pick the correct property in step 4.
Step 6 — Generate a Rezlynxpms API token (only if you want a Rezlynxpms module)
If you want to activate a Rezlynxpms add-on, go to Settings → API Tokens → Add token, name the token Rezlynxpms, pick the scopes the module needs (Rezlynxpms asks for the minimum in its activation screen), and click Generate. Copy the token to your clipboard and paste it into the Rezlynxpms activation screen in the other tab. Never share it by email.
Common problems
- Password rejected. Passwords are case-sensitive. Use the Forgot password link in the Rezlynx portal — Rezlynx sends a reset email to the address on file.
- MFA push not arriving. Check the authenticator app is signed into the right account; if you have recently changed phones, ask your GM to raise a reset with Rezlynx support.
- «Account locked» message. Rezlynx locks accounts after five failed sign-in attempts. Wait 15 minutes, or ask your GM to unlock the account through the portal.
- SSO loop back to sign-in. Usually a stale cookie. Sign out of Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, close all browser windows, sign in again.
- Wrong property loads. Sign out, sign back in and choose the correct property at step 4.
Where Rezlynxpms fits
Rezlynxpms is an independent shop of third-party add-ons. Your Rezlynx PMS stays as-is; Rezlynxpms modules read or write through the official Rezlynx API using the token you generate above. Browse the catalogue to see what is available.
