The activation flow behind every Rezlynxpms module — browse, pay, authorise with your Rezlynx login, configure and go live. Nothing to install on the Rezlynx tenancy, nothing to migrate.
Step 1 — Browse the catalogue
Head to the catalogue, pick the modules that fit your operation, and drop them into the basket. Every module is priced per property, per month, in pounds sterling. There is no setup fee, no minimum term, and no consultancy day rate hidden behind a sales call. If you need a walkthrough before you buy, the Contact page has a 20-minute preview slot.
Step 2 — Pay at the checkout
UK Stripe checkout in £. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Google Pay and Apple Pay accepted. On completion you receive an HMRC-compliant VAT invoice as PDF attached to the order confirmation. Multi-property groups can opt into a single monthly consolidated invoice — ask on the checkout notes.
Step 3 — Authorise with your Rezlynx login
You are asked to sign into the Rezlynx portal in a new tab, generate a scoped Rezlynxpms API token, and paste it into the Rezlynxpms activation screen. The scope you grant is the minimum required by the modules you have bought — Reservations, Rates, Folios, or a combination of the three. Revoke the token in the Rezlynx portal at any time and every module goes dark within one minute.
Step 4 — Configure & go live
Each module has a short configuration wizard: identify the property, name the recipients of the emails or alerts, and confirm the rate codes or account codes that map to your setup. A synthetic test call fires against the Rezlynx Reservations endpoint to prove the connection; if it comes back green, the module is marked live.
Median time from checkout to first successful production call: five minutes. Multi-property groups take a working day because we pair-test each property separately.
