P-03 · PMS Sync Sentinel for Rezlynx. Round-the-clock monitoring of the sync jobs that keep your Rezlynx PMS aligned with OTAs, payment gateways and third-party integrations — with 90-second alerting when a job silently stalls or a rate/availability push is rejected.

Sync Sentinel calls the health endpoints of each connected system every minute, compares timestamps of the most recent successful push, and inspects the last 200 API responses for silent 4xx errors. When a fault appears — Rezlynx returns a 429, an OTA drops availability, the interface says “success” but the record ID never updates — the module pages the on-call engineer through Opsgenie and posts an incident card to Slack or Teams with the raw request and response attached.

It integrates via the official Rezlynx API using your Rezlynx login and sits alongside Rezlynx — read-only, no writes. Monthly billing, cancel anytime. Includes a public status page for your property and an incident-history export for post-mortems and SLA reviews.
