P-10 · Nightly Trial Balance for Rezlynx. An overnight trial-balance report drawn from your Rezlynx night-close file — room revenue, F&B revenue, other revenue, non-revenue, payments received, adjustments, VAT split — emailed as PDF and CSV to your finance inbox at 06:00 UK time.

The module reads the Rezlynx nightly export through the official API using your Rezlynx login, reconciles the revenue side against the payment side (a headache your accountant will recognise), and highlights any nights where the two sides drift by more than a configurable pound threshold. VAT is split by rate code, so the standard-rate and reduced-rate lines match what will land in your VAT return without further work.

It integrates via the official Rezlynx API using your Rezlynx login and sits alongside Rezlynx — no changes made to your Rezlynx report definitions, no scheduled tasks on your Rezlynx tenant. Monthly billing, cancel anytime.
