P-11 · OTA Reconciliation for Rezlynx. A monthly reconciliation engine that ingests your Booking.com, Expedia, Hotels.com and Agoda statements and matches every line to the corresponding reservation in your Rezlynx PMS — flagging commissions charged on cancelled stays, missed check-ins and duplicate bookings.

Upload the OTA statement as CSV or connect the OTA extranet with read-only credentials; the module pulls matching reservations from Rezlynx through the official API and posts the reconciliation to a review screen. Every flagged line has a plain-English reason (“no-show but full commission charged”, “nights on statement do not match confirmed nights in Rezlynx”) and a pre-written dispute email that the sales lead can send to the OTA in one click.

It integrates via the official Rezlynx API using your Rezlynx login and sits alongside Rezlynx — read-only reconciliation, nothing written back. Monthly billing, cancel anytime. On the Falmouth pilot property this module recovered £8K per month in disputed OTA commission within the first quarter.
