P-02 · Arrivals Digest for Rezlynx. A single, well-formatted email that lands in the duty manager’s inbox at 07:00 UK time every day with today’s arrivals from your Rezlynx PMS — flagged for VIPs, returning guests, group blocks, special-diet notes and unpaid deposits.
The module reads arrivals through the official Rezlynx API using your Rezlynx login, cross-references guest history to spot repeat stayers, and formats the digest as a mobile-friendly HTML email. The right-hand column carries operational alerts: unassigned rooms, arrivals without payment method, guests requiring accessibility features, and any group block that still has rooms to allocate. Everything a duty manager needs before the 08:00 handover, in one page.
It integrates via the official Rezlynx API using your Rezlynx login and sits alongside Rezlynx — the digest is generated on our servers and delivered by email; nothing is written back to Rezlynx.
