Contracts are recorded once with their room allocation, discount off BAR, cancellation window and cap on nights. Every morning the module compares yesterday’s actual production against the contract volume commitment, warns on under- and over-consumption, and rolls the day’s corporate rate codes into Rezlynx through the official API. Renewals, blackout windows and contract expiries land in a shared calendar that both the sales lead and the GM can see.
It integrates via the official Rezlynx API using your Rezlynx login and sits alongside Rezlynx — corporate rates continue to sit inside your Rezlynx rate structure, but the contract paperwork and production analytics live in Rezlynxpms. Monthly billing, cancel anytime.
