P-12 · Data Warehouse Bridge for Rezlynx. Streams reservations, folios, revenue and rate history from your Rezlynx PMS into Snowflake, BigQuery or Redshift on an hourly schedule — so your BI team can build ADR, RevPAR, GOPPAR, pace and window-of-booking dashboards on data that is at most 60 minutes old.
The module reads the changed-since endpoints of the official Rezlynx API using your Rezlynx login, normalises the payload against a stable star-schema (fact_reservation, fact_folio_line, dim_rate, dim_room, dim_property), and lands the changes into your warehouse either as Iceberg tables, native Snowflake tables or BigQuery partitioned tables. Backfill is handled by a one-off historical replay before hourly increments begin.
It integrates via the official Rezlynx API using your Rezlynx login and sits alongside Rezlynx — Rezlynx keeps its own reporting layer intact. Monthly billing, cancel anytime. Warehouse cost is billed by your Snowflake or GCP account separately; Rezlynxpms only charges for the bridge.
