P-07 · Group Enquiry Router for Rezlynx. A web form and a triage inbox that turn incoming group enquiries — weddings, conferences, sports teams — into properly-held blocks inside your Rezlynx PMS, so the sales team never juggles enquiry emails against spreadsheets again.
The enquiry form (embedded on your website or shared as a link) captures group size, arrival window, room-type breakdown, event requirements and lead contact. Once the sales manager confirms, the module places an option in Rezlynx with automatic release dates, generates a quote PDF, and drops the enquiry into a shared kanban with an owner and a next-action date. Conversion rate, lost reasons and turnaround time are visible in a simple report.
It integrates via the official Rezlynx API using your Rezlynx login and sits alongside Rezlynx — Rezlynx holds the actual block; Rezlynxpms holds the enquiry workflow around it. Monthly billing, cancel anytime; unlimited sales-team seats included.
