Rezlynxpms is a Chester-based Ltd company selling third-party PMS add-ons for hoteliers who run Rezlynx. Founded in 2020, still owned by the two people who built the first module in a Cotswolds inn manager’s flat.
Where we started
Rezlynxpms began in 2020 as an internal tool at The Longcliff Inn, a nineteen-room country hotel in the Cotswolds. The front-of-house team ran on Rezlynx, the finance team ran on Xero, and every night at close a duty manager copied the trial balance out of one system and into the other by hand. Oliver Ashcroft, then the GM, wrote the first bridge to skip the copy-paste. The team next door in Falmouth heard about it, asked for their own copy, and the shop-shaped idea followed.
By the end of 2021 the bridge had become five modules, all built on top of the official Rezlynx API — nothing that touched the PMS internals, nothing that needed Rezlynx to change on our timeline, nothing that put us in the way of a Rezlynx update. In 2022 the operation moved out of Longcliff, incorporated as Rezlynxpms Retail Ltd at 48 Watergate Street in Chester, and hired a proper support lead.
Who runs it
Oliver Ashcroft (Co-founder, CEO) — former GM of The Longcliff Inn, six years at the front of a Rezlynx-connected property. Runs the sales team and answers the phone when the sales line rings before 09:00.
Priya Nair (Co-founder, Head of Integrations) — engineering lead. Twelve years across hotel and travel tech; wrote every line of the first four modules and still merges PRs. Owns the relationship with Rezlynx’s public API team.
Ellie Redgrave (Support Lead) — runs the support desk from Chester. Answers the phone from 09:00 to 17:30 GMT Monday to Friday; runs the out-of-hours rota with Priya on Saturdays.
Sam Whitton (Compliance & Finance) — Companies House filings, VAT returns, ICO registration, the data-processing addendum, and everything else no one else wants to look at.
What we care about
- Nothing installs on your Rezlynx tenancy. Every module runs on our infrastructure and talks to your PMS through the public API — the same API any Rezlynx-connected vendor uses.
- British business, British hours, British invoices. Sales and support answered in Chester in English; invoices sent as HMRC-compliant PDFs on the first of the month; VAT number on every line.
- Cancel any time. Modules are month-by-month. If a module stops paying for itself, log in and cancel — the next billing cycle stops.
