- How do I activate a Rezlynxpms module?
- Buy the module at the checkout, receive a confirmation email with an activation link, sign into your Rezlynx portal in a new tab, generate a scoped API token for Rezlynxpms, paste it into the activation screen. A synthetic test call fires against the Rezlynx Reservations endpoint; when it comes back green the module is live. Total time: about five minutes for a single-property purchase.
- How is billing structured?
- Every module is priced per property, per month, in pounds sterling. First invoice is generated at checkout as a VAT PDF and attached to your order confirmation email. Subsequent invoices land on the first of each month. UK VAT applied at the standard rate; reverse-charge available for overseas VAT-registered customers at checkout.
- Do I have to share my Rezlynx password?
- Never. You generate a scoped API token in the Rezlynx portal (which needs your Rezlynx login) and paste it into Rezlynxpms. We never see or store your Rezlynx password. Revoke the token in Rezlynx and every Rezlynxpms module goes dark within one minute.
- Where is my data stored?
- Inside the United Kingdom — primary data centre in London Docklands, warm standby in Manchester. No transfer of personal data to jurisdictions outside the UK. Rezlynxpms Retail Ltd is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO reg ZB593471) under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
- What UK GDPR role does Rezlynxpms play?
- Rezlynxpms acts as data processor on your behalf; you remain the data controller for the guest data flowing through the modules. Our Article 28 Data Processing Addendum is available on the DPA page and is signed automatically as part of the checkout flow.
- How do I cancel a module?
- Log into the account area, open the subscription, click Cancel. Billing stops on the next cycle. Alternatively email support@rezlynxhub.co.uk and we cancel it the same working day. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you have 14 days from initial activation to request a full refund if the module has not performed as described.
- What uptime do you target?
- We publish a 99.9% monthly uptime target and hit 99.94% year-to-date in 2025. Status page is at status.rezlynxhub.co.uk and lists every incident with acknowledgement time, root cause and duration. No scheduled maintenance during UK check-in hours (14:00–19:00 GMT).
- Are invoices HMRC-compliant?
- Yes. Every invoice carries our full company name (Rezlynxpms Retail Ltd), Companies House number (14827365), VAT number (GB 428 5921 43), the invoice date, the tax point, a description of the service, the net, VAT and gross totals, and a unique sequential invoice number. If your accountant asks for it, we can also provide a summary CSV for a period.
- How do you handle PCI on stored card data?
- We do not store card numbers. Payment is handled by Stripe UK; Rezlynxpms receives a Stripe customer ID and the last four digits of the card for display. Stripe holds the actual PAN under PCI DSS Level 1.
- Can you build a custom integration?
- Yes, but only where the module would be useful to more than one of our customers. Send a note to compliance@rezlynxhub.co.uk describing the workflow. If it is generalisable, we quote a build fee and add the result to the catalogue at a monthly price everyone benefits from.
- Do you support multi-property groups?
- Yes — a single account can hold any number of properties, each with its own Rezlynx token. Group pricing kicks in at three properties running the same module. Consolidated invoicing is available on request.
- What are your support hours?
- Phone and email support answered from Chester, Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:30 GMT. Out-of-hours P1 incidents are covered by an on-call rota and paged through Opsgenie; median acknowledgement time is under two minutes.
- Can I preview a module before committing?
- Yes. Book a 20-minute preview slot from the Contact page — we run the module against a sandbox Rezlynx tenancy pre-loaded with a fake reservation set, so no real property data leaves your side. No sales pressure and no obligation.
- I’m migrating from a competing add-on vendor — is that painful?
- Usually no. We share a switch-over checklist that covers running both sets of modules in parallel for a fortnight (charged pro-rata by us; you’ll need to check your outgoing vendor’s terms), then cutting over. Most customers migrate module-by-module rather than in a big bang.
- What are the technical requirements on my side?
- A working Rezlynx tenancy with API access enabled and a user role that can mint API tokens. That’s it. No firewall changes, no VPN, no software on your Rezlynx server, no minimum internet bandwidth on the property side beyond what Rezlynx already needs.
