The rules we operate by.
Terms governing your use of Rezlynxpms modules, effective for accounts created after 1 April 2026. Governing law: England and Wales.
1. Parties
These terms are between Rezlynxpms Retail Ltd (a company registered in England and Wales, number 14827365, registered office 48 Watergate Street, Chester CH1 2LA) and the customer identified in the order confirmation email.
2. Services
Rezlynxpms Retail Ltd provides web-delivered add-on modules that integrate with Rezlynx through the official Rezlynx API. The modules do not replace your PMS. Rezlynxpms is not affiliated with Rezlynx; it is an independent third-party shop.
3. Payment & billing
Modules are billed monthly in advance in pounds sterling by card via Stripe UK. VAT applied at the current UK standard rate. Invoices issued as PDF within one working day of payment. If payment fails and is not remedied within seven days, the module is suspended; if not remedied within thirty days, the account is closed.
4. Term & cancellation
Contracts are month-to-month with no minimum term. Cancellation stops billing on the next cycle. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, first-month refunds honoured within 14 days of initial activation where the module has not performed as described in these terms and on the product page.
5. Availability
Target uptime 99.9% measured monthly, excluding scheduled maintenance which is announced 72 hours in advance and never falls in UK check-in hours (14:00 to 19:00 GMT). If we miss the target in a given calendar month, we credit 5% of that month’s fee automatically.
6. Data & UK GDPR
You remain the data controller for guest data flowing through the modules. Rezlynxpms acts as data processor under the Article 28 Data Processing Addendum on the DPA page, which is signed automatically at checkout.
7. Warranties & liability
Modules are provided with reasonable skill and care. Liability capped at the greater of £5,000 or the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, except for death, personal injury and fraud where liability is not limited. No liability for indirect or consequential loss.
8. Governing law & jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes fall to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chester.
