How the 14-day money-back window works.
Rezlynxpms honours the 14-day refund window set by the Consumer Rights Act 2015 as a matter of policy, whether you are a consumer or a business.
1. Statutory basis
The Consumer Rights Act 2015 gives consumers who buy digital content a right to reject the goods within 30 days if they do not conform to the contract. Rezlynxpms extends the equivalent right to all customers (consumer or business) for the first 14 days after initial activation of a module.
2. How to request a refund
Email support@rezlynxhub.co.uk within 14 days of first activation with your order number and a short note of what did not work. We do not require you to justify the request beyond that.
3. What we refund
The first month’s fee in full via the original payment method within 14 days of the request being accepted. If you have been paying for more than one billing cycle, the first-month refund only applies to the first cycle — subsequent months are subject to the standard cancellation notice.
4. What we do not refund
Fees for months already consumed beyond the first 14 days; third-party charges (Xero, Snowflake, POS providers) which are billed by those vendors and outside our control.
5. Cancellation after the 14-day window
Cancel any time from the account area. Billing stops on the next cycle. No prorated refund of the current month, but no further charges either.
