United Kingdom
The heart of the customer base. Concentrated clusters in London (about 60 properties), Chester and the surrounding Cheshire and North Wales border (about 20), Manchester (14), Edinburgh (11) and Bristol and the West Country (18). Nearly every UK Rezlynx customer we sell to is billed in GBP with UK VAT applied on the invoice.
Ireland
About 40 properties in the Republic of Ireland, focused on Dublin and Cork with a scatter in Kildare and Kerry. Billed in GBP with reverse-charge available for VAT-registered Irish businesses on request. Support in the same UK business hours; the language gap is not a language gap.
Isle of Man
Six independent hotels on the Isle of Man on our books. Same UK GDPR framework, same GBP invoicing, same support hours.
Northern Ireland
Twelve properties across Belfast, Derry/Londonderry and the Fermanagh lakes. Standard UK terms.
Australia and New Zealand (opportunistic)
A handful of larger groups running Rezlynx in Australia and New Zealand have activated modules against Rezlynxpms — usually the reporting and analytics modules where the time-zone offset is convenient rather than a hindrance. Support answered in the following morning UK time.
