Volume & group pricing
Groups running the same module across three or more properties on Rezlynx pay £3 less per property, per module, per month automatically. Ten properties or more, another £2 off. Applied at invoice time — no negotiation calls, no procurement PDF back-and-forth.
VAT charged at the current UK standard rate on the invoice. Overseas customers billed under reverse-charge if a valid VAT number is supplied at checkout.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation stops billing on the next cycle — head to the account area and cancel there, or email support@rezlynxhub.co.uk. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and our own policy, first-month refunds are honoured within 14 days of the initial activation if the module has not performed as described.
